Infowars has posted numerous stories and videos documenting police and security guards harassing photographers and videographers in public spaces. In the United States, it is entirely legal for you to photograph people, buildings, infrastructure, and even criminal activity in public, so long as you do not interfere with the police. You don’t need permission and the cops cannot legally stop you or confiscate your camera, film, or video tape.
Earlier this year, Aaron Dykes was threatened with arrest in downtown Kansas City, Missouri after filming the local branch of the private Federal Reserve building. Security guards working for the Fed approached Infowars reporters at a city park that houses the National WWI memorial and demanded that they provide their names and disclose why they were filming the building.
Dykes and the Infowars crew were legally photographing the Federal Reserve building but this did not stop over-zealous rent-a-thugs from threatening them.
In February, an independent videographer attempted to photograph the Federal Reserve building in Washington from a public sidewalk and was told he was violating the law by a Fed cop. See the video:

In 2007, WeAreChange founder and activist Luke Rudkowski was threatened with arrest by New York police for refusing to stop filming on a public sidewalk outside the offices of Larry Silverstein. Cops dressed in street clothes accused Rudkowski of having a gun and a bomb in his backpack. “It is a serious federal and state crime to publicly state that someone has a bomb and is a terrorist when not true — like extreme example of yelling fire in a theater — and needs to be prosecuted,” Alex Jones and Aaron Dykes wrote for the Jones Report on April 27, 2007.
In Britain, under section 44 of the Terrorism Act, citizens taking photographs can be stopped, have their film or digital media confiscated or deleted, and can even be arrested and charged as terrorists.
The police state is not as advanced in the United States. For now, a photographer has the right to photograph in public, but that may change.
Below is a link to an information sheet that details your rights as a photographer. It is based on the Bust Card and the Know Your Rights pamphlet that used to be available on the ACLU website. According to Bert P. Krages II, who distributed the sheet, you may distribute the guide to others, provided that such distribution is not done for commercial gain and credit is given to the author.
“The right to take photographs in the United States is being challenged more than ever,” writes Krages. “People are being stopped, harassed, and even intimidated into handing over their personal property simply because they were taking photographs of subjects that made other people uncomfortable. Recent examples have included photographing industrial plants, bridges, buildings, trains, and bus stations. For the most part, attempts to restrict photography are based on misguided fears about the supposed dangers that unrestricted photography presents to society.”
Ironically, unrestricted photography by private citizens has played an integral role in protecting the freedom, security, and well-being of all Americans. Photography in the United States has an established history of contributing to improvements in civil rights, curbing abusive child labor practices, and providing important information to crime investigators. Photography has not contributed to a decline in public safety or economic vitality in the United States. When people think back on the acts of domestic terrorism that have occurred over the last twenty years, none have depended on or even involved photography. Restrictions on photography would not have prevented any of these acts. Furthermore, the increase in people carrying small digital and cell phone cameras has resulted in the prevention of crimes and the apprehension of criminals.
As the flyer states, there are not very many legal restrictions on what can be photographed when in public view. Most attempts at restricting photography are done by lower-level security and law enforcement officials acting way beyond their authority. Note that neither the Patriot Act nor the Homeland Security Act have any provisions that restrict photography. Similarly, some businesses have a history of abusing the rights of photographers under the guise of protecting their trade secrets. These claims are almost always meritless because entities are required to keep trade secrets from public view if they want to protect them.

Statement by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon for UNESCO’s International Conference on Broadcast Media and Climate Change
At a UNESCO conference in September of this year on how to best sell the global warming hoax to selected target audiences, spokesman and media-manager of the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change Eric Hall called for the creation of “an imagination, and a vision” through works of fiction for people to chew on in the run-up and exceeding the Copenhagen conference next week.
“That”, Hall explained, “will come through film, it will come through soap operas, it will come through reality TV, it will come through novels.”
He made the statement at the conference “Broadcast Media and Climate Change”, organized by the United Nations Scientific and Cultural Organisation. Attended by a wide range of public and private broadcasters from around the globe, the meetings were recorded on tape for all to see and hear, highlighting the need for- as one attendee described it: “raising awareness on climate change worldwide”.
To put Eric Hall’s call for fiction-induced mind control into context, here follows a short summary of the conference. Because the video’s are copyright-protected, they are not posted here (I have included the accurate time-codes so the reader may easily look them up). Jean Reveillon, Director General of the European Broadcasting Union, outlines the mission at the very start of the conference (Session 1, 00:8:36):
“We believe that the subject at hand is of great importance and the very idea that people from the media- and in particular broadcasters- be able to come together and reflect on the best way to cover information on climate change in order to provide the best possible public service mission that is ours to the world (…)”
During the first session of the conference, we see a familiar face. Mr. IPCC and co-receiver of the Nobel peace-prize Rajendra K. Pachauri tells us via satellite link (Session 1, 01:05:00):
“Earlier speakers have referred to the importance of bringing about behavioural changes- and may I submit that these behavioural changes would essentially be in the nature of changes in lifestyles. There a several things that we can do in our individual lives and I think the broadcasting community perhaps needs to go out and tell people- and create a grass-roots movement (…).”
When broadcasters tell people what to do, any movement as a result of it would of course no longer be grass-roots. Vice-Chair of the IPCC, Jean-Pascal Van Ypersele, seconds Mr. Pachauri’s statements, saying (Session 1, 01:12:08):
“We are very much convinced in the IPCC that media- in particular broadcast media which talks to so many people at the same time- have a particular role to inform and educate the citizens throughout the world; and the IPCC is really keen on collaborating with you and trying to provide the best information, the most understandable information so that you can do your very important work.”
In response, the Director General of the European Broadcasting Union immediately replied:
“Thank you very much. And indeed I can confirm that we from the media want to do our best to accomplish that mission.”
Another UN PR-person states (Session 1, 01:19:42):
“It is very important that the media seize this moment and help the United Nations and help others if they can. Very soon the United Nations will be putting out as part of its campaign a public service announcement. We hope you will work with us as far as that is concerned. I also pray that you’ll examine all roads. You look truly at revolutionary ways on climate change coverage.”
An interesting intermezzo was provided by speaker Alex Kirby, a 20-year BBC veteran environment reporter, who openly stated he cares not for opposing views of the IPCC fairytale, bizarrely comparing climate-sceptics to Apartheid proponents (Session 1, 01:36:35):
“I’ve never thought it is part of the journalists’ job to try to inject an artificial and spurious balance into an unbalanced reality. If I have been sent to do a story on Apartheid or poverty or starvation, I hope to God I would not have tried to do a balanced story. And I think the same applies to climate change.”
Even more interesting than the statement itself is the fact that it is not included in the transcript of his speech, posted here on the UNESCO-website.
But the most curious statement coming out of the mouth of a UN communications person is that uttered by Eric Hall- chief PR-man at the United Nations. Hall outlined the way that climate change can best be hammered into the collective is through works of fiction (Session 2, 00:39:06):
“Probably the majority of the world does not read news at all. They don’t look at news as to change, to get their information or to change their behaviour. If climate change is about behavioural change, ultimately which I believe it is, then from a media perspective you must, you must look at it in a way that it’s not just about news. It’s about creating an imagination, and a vision, of what a climate change world- or a successfully avoided climate change world- will look like. That will come through film, it will come through soap operas, it will come through reality TV, it will come through novels.”
Hall draws an analogy with media-coverage in the Cold War era:
“If we did not have that visual imagination from the non-news part of the media about what a post-nuclear world would have looked like, we would have been in much more serious trouble that we have been if we wouldn’t have got the kind of agreements we had on the nuclear problem – itself a similar human civilization threatening problem.”
It seems that the greatest work of fiction shoved in humanity’s face today is the man-made global warming contrivance. Thanks to the leaked documents of the Climate Research Unit of the University of East Anglia, the mass mind control activities of most of the broadcasters is breaking down. The recent comments by high level media people about climategate indicates that the propaganda effort is blowing up in the face of those who perpetuate the lie all this time. If UNESCO’s Walter Erdelen would have known that crucial information would be leaked to the general public almost three months later, he probably wouldn’t have bragged about his organisation’s role in perpetuating the myth nor highlighted UNESCO’s large role in the selling of it:
“This crucial role is largely invisible to the public eye. UNESCO has long sponsored the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS), which are precisely what their names imply, and are fundamental to the progress made by the Nobel Prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Fully 91% of coordinating authors of the IPCC’s Fourth Assessment Report were WCRP scientists, and thus had the support of UNESCO behind them.”
This is a good example of a statement turning into a confession in retrospect. All those institutions involved will, after all, be held to account for the role they have played in this whole sordid affair.

The internet is a web of information. You can look up how to cook your favorite dishes, or find out what Tupac’s favorite sneakers were. Or, if your into the movement, you might read up on the long list of conspiracy theories that are published on a daily basis.
One widely discussed conspiracy theory is the NWO (or New World Order). Here’s a little description from Wikipedia:
NWO is a conspiracy theory which refers to the advent of a cryptocratic or totalitarian one-world government.
The common theme in conspiracy theories about a New World Order is that a powerful and secretive elite of globalists is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an autonomous world government, which would replace sovereign states and other checks and balances in international power struggles. Significant occurrences in politics and finance are speculated to be caused by an extremely influential cabal operating through many front organizations. Numerous historical and current events are seen as steps in an on-going plot to achieve world domination through secret political gatherings and decision-making processes.
One hip-hop figure — who is in the know about all this — is KRS-One and spoke on it recently during an interview, which appears on a documentary style film called “The Obama Deception.”
“If they controlled it before, what makes you think they’re not controlling it now?” he asked. “The country was on the verge of revolution. They threw a black man up, now we like this (complacent). They put a black face on the New World Order and now we all happy. KRS ain’t buying it.”
Since those statements, KRS has received flack from the African-American community for his lack of support of the first black president. But, it’s something he understand and is ok with as long as his message gets across.
“F*** all the dumb sh**, he is the President and he has people that he must answer to that are not me and are not you and they don’t have our interest in mind,” KRS explains. “No government does in that sense. It’s about people power, so in that instance I’m not ashamed of the message. I don’t disagree with the message of [“The Obama Deception”], but KRS is a little deeper than the movie projects.”

Fox News disinfo operative par excellence Glenn Beck and his entourage of yellow journos from Hearst say FEMA camps do not exist. The Fox News kool aid drinkers, numbering in the millions but in steep decline as the truth goes viral, may believe Beck, however they are at odds with reality.
FEMA camps do exist, although they may not be explicitly run by the emergency bureaucrats. In January, a bill was introduced in Congress that would authorize the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network camp facilities to be used to intern U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency. The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
FEMA, of course, is part of the DHS, so we are mixing apples and oranges here. It’s all part of the emergent federal police state, designed to wrangle the real enemy of the government — the American people.
Rex 84, Operation Garden Plot, Operation Cable Splicer, and a flurry of executive orders issued over the years have established the framework for concentration camps. Glenn Beck, of course, didn’t bother to mention any of this in his hit piece, or did his Hearst researchers bother to do a Google search. If they had, they would have stumbled upon the Pentagon’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program, provided by Army Regulation 210-35, that establishes labor programs and prison camps on Army installations. In January 2006, Kellogg, Brown and Root reported that they had received a contract from the Department of Homeland Security to expand these internment camps. More than a few have commented that the spanking new KBR camps will be used to house civilian laborers, that is to say slave laborers. Many more have said the camps are for patriots and others who are opposed to an increasingly authoritarian government.
Award winning writer and filmmaker William Lewis’ latest documentary should be used to answer Glenn Beck and the other Pentagon script readers in the corporate media. “Why is the media on the one hand saying there are no FEMA camps,” Alex Jones asks in Lewis’ Camp FEMA, “while on the other hand legislation has been introduced to build them?” As Jones notes in this landmark documentary, HR 645 legalizes what the government has spent decades building.
In the documentary, Jerome Corsi says the government is preparing for civil unrest of the sort predicted by trends forecaster Gerald Celente and others as the economy falls apart – as engineered by the bankster cabal – and millions of people lose their jobs and are reduced to penury. Corsi says he has contacted the Department of Homeland Security and they have admitted KBR has built concentration camps.
Glenn Beck, please stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
“Senate committee hearings and official FBI documents further illustrate the mindset of our elected officials as they classify homeschoolers, gun rights activists and anti-abortionists as threats against the existing social and political order; by default creating an entire nation of radicals and revolutionaries — where everyone is a suspect… equally guilty until proven otherwise,” explains the Camp FEMA write-up on Alex Jones’ Infowars Store website. “How has our government shown that they will deal with these people? The same way as every other totalitarian regime throughout history… marginalize their activities then lock them up. Prisons are being built; internment camps constructed and laws passed that deal severely with anyone who dares to step out of line or ask too many questions.”
This important film — covering an ominous topic the corporate media not only will not cover (despite an abundance of evidence) but is obliged to discredit and dismiss as the collective mental aberration of conspiracy kooks — is now available at Alex Jones’ Infowars Store.
It needs to be viewed by every American concerned about government power and the tyranny it inevitably produces. As history frighteningly and repeatedly demonstrates, unchecked government power invariably leads to fascism and totalitarianism – a fact realized by millions of Germans, Russians, and Chinese in the 20th century.
