Dear Honorable Congress Person,

We the People, in order to restore rule of law and accountability to our Republic, respectfully insist that you, as an elected representative, squarely face the facts concerning the events of September 11, 2001 and the implications thereof.

It is our moral and civic duty to entrust to you facts and scientific analyses in the form of peer-reviewed, published scientific papers that clearly and conclusively prove thousands of our fellow human beings and citizens were murdered in controlled and criminal demolitions on September 11, 2001.

Plausible deniability of these facts and evidence is no longer possible.

If you fail to acknowledge and act immediately and decisively on this evidence, then your inaction will constitute misprision of treason in the least, outright treason at worst. The time is now to fulfill your oath to the Constitution and stand tall in the face of the corruption of our Republic. We the People stand with you.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Charleston Medical Center Tells Employees to Get Vaccine or Lose Jobs

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Charleston Area Medical Center employees must get seasonal flu shots this year or risk losing their jobs.

All CAMC Health System workers must get vaccinated by Dec. 15 or their employment will be terminated, CAMC said in its August newsletter Vital Signs.

“The strongest recommendation that’s out there is to take the vaccine every year,” CAMC Director of Epidemiology Terrie Lee said Tuesday. “Our board of trustees and administrators had been discussing this for a couple years. We decided this year to make it a mandatory process for all of our employees.”

Employees may submit a request for accommodation due to health reasons, such as allergies to a component of the flu vaccine. They have until Sept. 15 to do so, and if requests are confirmed, those employees would have to wear a mask over their nose and mouth while at work during flu season, the newsletter said.

Alabama Town Imposes Curfew

MARION, AL (WSFA) – Just one day after a riot in the small Perry County town of Marion, a curfew for everyone.

The Marion Police Department says everyone is to be off the streets between the hours of 10pm and 7am until further notice.

Eight people have been arrested in Monday’s brawl and several were injured, though none seriously.

MSNBC Hard Sell Propaganda for H1N1 Soft Kill Vaccination

Dr. Nancy Snyderman, billed as chief medical editor at NBC News, says when the HHS bureaucrat Kathleen Sebelius speaks, we have to listen. Snyderman tells the talking heads on MSNBC that we should all line up and take our eugenics soft kill H1N1 vaccine.

Sebelius is a member of the globalist Bilderberg Group. Bilderberg advocates modern eugenics and plans to eventually reduce the world’s population by 80%, as called for by the 1974 UN Assessment on Biodiversity.

The H1N1 virus is a big deal, Snyderman pontificates, and it will “cut a swath” through the population. Distrust of the government and big pharma, she warns, may be fatal. “I can’t tell you what to do,” she adds, “but I can tell you what you should do, and what you should do is get this vaccination.”

There is the small matter that this virus outbreak is far less deadly than the normal seasonal flu, but that does not stop the editor from claiming that if you don’t get the vaccination you are playing Russian roulette.

Anchor Dylan Ratigan tells us to stop being lazy and frightened and get off our “derrieres” and get this vaccination.

All of this sounds suspiciously familiar. Back in 1976, the government hyped up fears of a swine flu pandemic after a few cases were found in soldiers at Fort Dix, New Jersey, and one of them died, most likely of physical overexertion rather than from the infection. This led to the launch of a mass vaccination of 40 million against a pandemic that never materialized. Thousands filed claims for injury. At least 25 died and 500 developed paralyzing Guillain-Barre syndrome (see Dr. Mae-Wan Ho and Prof. Joe Cummins, The vaccines are far more deadly than the swine flu).

Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, a Chicago physician and author of Don’t Vaccinate Before You Educate, told Alex Jones on August 25 that the number of people who died from the 1976 vaccination program was probably much higher than the government admits. He claims the number of injured was likely in the thousands.

No mention by NBC’s supposed medical editor of the well-documented risks of this experimental and untested vaccine. It is not simply the adjuvants, substances added in order to boost the immunogenicity of the vaccines, in particular the oil-based squalene, but also dangerous levels of mercury in the form of thimerosal, aluminum hydroxide, and heavy metals and other toxins in the vaccine.

Earlier this month, a German health expert warned of cancer viruses in the vaccine. Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg warned that the nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells. Wodrag also described people’s fear of the pandemic as an “orchestration” that will result in “great business for the pharmaceutical industry.”

Or did the editor mention warnings issued by the British Health Protection Agency about an increased risk of developing Guillain-Barre syndrome after taking a pandemic vaccine.

Snyderman’s one-sided coverage and scare tactics border on criminal behavior, but then this is par for the course as the corporate media, in particular MSNBC, is a branch office of the CIA under Operation Mockingbird. The CIA was created by Wall Street and works in the service of the banksters and the global elite who have made no bones that they want to cull the herd and get world population down to around 500 million.

Big Pharma Wants Males to Take Vaccine for Penile Cancer

About half of all cases of penile cancer are linked to a sexually transmitted virus that causes cervical cancer in women and might be prevented with vaccines from Merck & Co. and GlaxoSmithKline Plc, researchers said.

A review of 31 studies involving 1,466 men with penile cancer found the human papillomavirus was present 46.9 percent of the time, according to the report in the Journal of Clinical Pathology. About 26,300 men develop penile cancer each year. It accounts for less than 1 percent of cancers in European and North American men, and up to 10 percent of tumors in men from Africa and Asia, studies show.

Merck’s Gardasil and Glaxo’s Cervarix immunizations against the two most common strains of HPV may provide protection against the cancer, said researchers led by Silvia de Sanjose, from the cancer epidemiology research program at the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona, Spain. The two strains, HPV16 and HPV18, were responsible for about three of every four tumors tied to the virus, the researchers said.

Gardasil is proven dangerous, yet it is still mandatory for immigrants

This week has shown that a large number of reports stating that Gardasil is proving unsafe. News stations around the world have reported that Gardasil the HPV vaccine has been found to cause adverse reactions. The adverse reactions range from mild, such as headaches, nausea and fainting, to the more severe such as seizures, blood clots, Guillian Barre Syndrome and even death. This information has come to light since the publication of the JAMA papers on the 19th August 2009, showing the results of the VAERS Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. The Gardasil data published was collected from June 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008.

Merck has only recently changed packaging showing acknowledgement that this vaccine causes fainting and seizures in some children.

Florida Candidate For Mayor Wants 1,000-Strong Youth Spy Force

A frontrunner to become Mayor of Orange County Florida proposes to combat crime in the area by creating a 1,000 person strong spy force who would cruise around neighborhoods on bikes reporting suspicious behavior to uniformed supervisors, a creepy program with dark undertones of the Hitler Youth program of 1930’s Nazi Germany.

Matthew Falconer, who professes to be a Libertarian, has been handing out a business card to potential voters outlining his platform.

On the back of the card, Falconer outlines his intention to, “Improve public safety by putting 1,000 additional observers on patrol in your neighborhood.”

Falconer’s website provides more detail as to what exactly this new program will entail.

My solution is to innovate. I call for the implementation of my “COPs” program (Citizen Observers). This program will put 1000 young people on bicycles with radios patrolling our neighborhoods keeping our citizens safe. My mission is to prevent crime and move away from the responsive method of public safety in Orange County. The observers will ride through specific areas, seek out criminal behavior, and report events to a uniformed supervisor. They will also talk with residents to find out who is committing the crimes in the area and attempt to gather information to solve existing crimes.

Falconer’s website states that the “public safety personnel” will receive just $10 dollars an hour, meaning the cost of the entire program will amount to no more than $2.5 million dollars a year.

Falconer’s intention to “move away from the responsive method to public safety” and instead have poorly trained amateur teenage spies watching their neighbors and actively seeking out suspicious behavior with seemingly little accountability whatsoever sets a dangerous precedent. Even if the program has genuine intentions behind it, the potential for members of the 1,000 strong spy force to abuse their power to settle scores with neighbors they don’t like is clearly a possibility, which is exactly what has happened historically when citizens are afforded the power to inform on each other.

Falconer’s proposal is clearly anti-American and unconstitutional. Though some may argue that vigilantes are a good thing in an age of growing corruption and police brutality, the fact is that vigilantes are traditionally responsive to crime and act as watchmen, they do not spy on the innocent and actively seek out potential criminal behavior, as Falconer’s program outlines.

Fears about the creation of an East German-style Stasi outfit that would keep an eye on Americans were raised in July of last year when President Barack Obama, during a speech on the campaign trail, promised a “national civilian security force” that would be just as powerful as the U.S. military.

As we have documented, informant programs that encourage Americans to spy on each other are already in operation across the country in a number of different guises.

The legacy of training Americans to spy on each other in the name of “safety” has its origins in Operation TIPS, which was supposedly nixed by Congress, a DOJ, FBI, DHS and FEMA coordinated program that would have recruited one in twenty-four Americans as domestic informants, a higher percentage than was used by the Stasi in Communist East Germany.

Government funding was cut after an outcry but private funding continues and the same program was introduced under a number of sub-divisions including AmeriCorps, SecureCorps and the Highway Watch program.

Similar programs being run bother privately and under government auspices are increasingly beginning to mirror the citizen denunciation campaigns that became prominent in Nazi Germany.

One common misconception about Nazi Germany was that the police state was solely a creation of the authorities and that the citizens were merely victims. On the contrary, Gestapo files show that 80% of all Gestapo investigations were started in response to information provided from denunciations by “ordinary” Germans.

“There were relatively few secret police, and most were just processing the information coming in. I had found a shocking fact. It wasn’t the secret police who were doing this wide-scale surveillance and hiding on every street corner. It was the ordinary German people who were informing on their neighbors,” wrote Robert Gellately of Florida State University.

Alex Jones website blocked under filter for ‘criminal skills’ content

We have received a tip informing us that the Oregon County Library in Thayer, Missouri has classified [cached] this website, JonesReport.com, as ‘promoting’ criminal skills.

Was this website blocked by Internet filters under the dubious auspices of ‘promoting criminal skills’ for posting the controversial ‘Obama as Joker’ image?

While Internet filters blocking access to Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com have been in place for sometime in various reported libraries and workplaces, this is the first time an Alex Jones website has been outwardly labeled as ‘criminal.’

How that term could be defined as to apply to one of Jones’ websites run by Alex Jones leads to only a few likely scenarios, all which unscore the same basic threat– that our free speech is under attack, and which is, itself, in the process of being criminalized.

According to Norton, a leading online filtering service, term ‘Criminal’ is classifies:

“Web sites that feature or promote criminal skills, provide instruction for threatening or violating the security of property or the privacy of people, or describe how to avoid complying with legally mandated duties and obligations.”

The use of the term “criminal skills” sounds like a bad interpretation of the Homeland Security report, where those with supposed ‘right-wing’ views have been vilified as potential terrorists, or like the next in line of search filters and social networking sites censoring the controversial “Obama-as-Joker” poster image.

The Department of Homeland Security report on Right-wing extremism even includes the term “alternative media” in its list of extremist lexicon.

The site was reported blocked as of August 13, just days after Alex launched the ‘Obama as Joker’ Poster contest. Could panicked controversy over so-called vandalism be the reason the site was restricted under for ‘promoting criminal skills’?

After the posters cropped up overnight on telephone polls, and yes, even mailboxes, complaints were issued and arrests were made with the idea that the posters were somehow ‘offensive’ and thus, somehow ‘not permitted’ or ‘illegal.’ The media labeled the image, and its bearers, ‘racist.’

After a man in Florida who plastered the Joker poster images around his area was questioned for alleged vandalism, the concept of the poster became criminalized.

Only last week, it was reported that social networks like MySpace were caught censoring and removing Obama-Joker images and the general label “sexually explicit/violence.”

It has also been reported that Flikr removed the orginal Obama-Joker artwork, and deleted the account of the political independent created the image, but did not originally use the word “socialist” under Obama’s face.

The pampleteering of prominent founding father Thomas Paine perhaps most succintly embodies the spirit of the pre-Revolutionary war era and the freedoms guaranteed under the First Amendment that was enshrined in the Constitution afterwards– and remains a good indicator that the posting of even radical ideas on posters and paper was meant to be protected, not persecuted.

Today, the right to say what we wish, and to make those words known on available mediums– including good old fashioned paper– should most certainly remain intact.
