Hate crime bill goes against Constitution

THROUGHOUT the Bush-Cheney creation of a society under surveillance and unprecedented government secrecy, I have often praised Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., for resisting that administration’s penchant for degrading the Constitution. But on July 16, he proudly watched as the Senate passed his “hate crimes” bill (the Matthew Shepard Act) that is the biggest expansion of federal hate-crimes laws since 1968 – providing extra prison time to committers of violent acts perceived to be based on sexual orientation, gender identity or disability (adding to the previous classifications of race, color, religion or national origin).

On the Senate floor, John McCain, R-Ariz., cut to the unconstitutional core of this bill and all such “hate crime” legislation. Leahy’s bill, as of this writing, the president is eager to sign.

Said McCain: “Our legal system is based on identifying, capturing and punishing criminals, and not on using the power of government to try to divine biases.” In opposing what James Madison condemned as “thought crimes,” McCain added: “Crimes motivated by hate deserve vigorous prosecution, but so do crimes motivated by absolute wanton disregard for life of any kind.” No matter against whom.

Vibrant Response 2009 Info/Rumors

While the Patriot (Sovereign-Citizen) and Militia communities has been focused on National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), the far more upsetting “Vibrant Response 2009” exercise is being held right now at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

The exercise is being held by the chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced “Sea-Smurf”).

The CCMRF’s are being given a scenario in which they will be testing communication capabilities and reactions. As one insider tells us, Vibrant Response 2009 is a dry rehearsal for enforcing H1N1 quarantines of a city should the need arise this fall.

For the uninitiated, quarantine is just a politically correct term for “martial law”. The current strength of a CCMRF’s brigade is listed at 4,700 joint personnel comprised of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines.

As we have pointed out before, a 3000 to 5000 man force would likely be hard-pressed to secure even one medium-sized town in the former United State of America.

The CCMRF’s are a reactionary force, they are designed to supplement law enforcement and emergency responders.

They are attempting to develop the CCMRF’s, so that they can respond to three simultaneous or near simultaneous events. Quaranting 3 large cities, say New York City, Los Angeles and Boston is beyond their current ability at this moment.

CBRNE is made of three divisions, 9.1, 10.1 and 10.2; 10.1 and 10.2 which are being trained to be combat-ready by Oct. 1. Each CCMRF unit contains three task forces — medical, operations and aviation, in addition to smaller elements with specific technical expertise.

The Operation Task Force 2/18 Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) from South Carolina, Medical Task Force 3/30 MEB from Illinois, and Aviation Task Force 11 from Kentucky are all participating in Vibrant Response 2009.

We are getting in disturbing reports of counterinsurgency training against citizens being given to the CCMRF’s as well as large amounts of cement being used at Fort Leavenworth. Several of our Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) people report the testing of a new communication technology between United Kingdom forces and the CCMRF’s is also being conducted.

We can only only say watch yourselves as Vibrant Response 2009 runs from July 31st to August 14th.

Wal-Mart Wants to Dispense Untested H1N1 Vaccine

It will be like something out of an under budgeted B science fiction flick — shoppers pushing carts stacked with cheap plastic goods manufactured by slaves in China queuing up in a grubby annex at the local Wal-Mart to get a toxic shot of mercury, disodium phosphate, squalene, chicken embryos, and various virus cultures (as listed in a Glaxo biopharma database).

It’s not science fiction, though — that is not if Wal-Mart has its way.

“Wal-Mart Stores Inc is discussing with U.S. health officials the possibility of putting vaccination sites at some of its stores for an H1N1 swine flu inoculation campaign this fall, a company official said on Thursday,” reports Reuters. “Federal officials met with Wal-Mart executives on Wednesday in Arkansas to discuss the issue, Dr. John Agwunobi, president of health and wellness for Wal-Mart U.S., told public health leaders at a conference in Orlando.”

Wal-Mart is a no-brainer for distributing the untested experimental vaccine that will not protect anybody from the H1N1 virus. Agwunobi noted that 140 million people walk through the doors of its 4,000 U.S. stores each week, a few million shy of the 160 million doses the government wants to poison the public with beginning in mid-October.
