Madsen: Taliban Imported to Conduct False Flag Terrorism in Iraq

    Kurt Nimmo
    Infowars
    June 30, 2009

More evidence has surfaced revealing how the U.S. creates false flag terrorism in order to continue its order out of chaos program in Iraq. Not only did the U.S. import Taliban fighters from Afghanistan to attack civilians and U.S. soldiers, it also allowed Muqtada al-Sadr’s al-Mahdi Army to import materials to make IEDs, according to investigative journalist Wayne Madsen, who appeared recently on Russia Today.

“I believe this is just a classic false flag terror attack,” said Madsen. “We know that the U.S. has had a long history with the Taliban going back to the war in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union.” Madsen also mentioned the late Robin Cook, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2001, who said al-Qaeda was manufactured by the CIA and was “originally the computer file of the thousands of mujahideen who were recruited and trained with help from the CIA to defeat the Russians.”

In May, Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari said that the CIA and his country’s ISI created the Taliban. “I think it was part of your past and our past, and the ISI and CIA created them together,” Zardari told NBC. He said the U.S. and the Pakistan military are still in the business of supporting the Taliban.

A whistleblower who defected from the Pakistani Taliban was assassinated earlier this month. Qari Zainuddin, a tribal leader of the South Waziristan region in Pakistan, claimed that the group was working with US intelligence to destabilize the country.

Evidence revealing false flag terrorism orchestrated by the Anglo-American coalition in Iraq came to the forefront in 2005 when Iraqi authorities in Basra arrested two British Special Forces operatives disguised as Arab civilians and caught driving around in car packed with explosives and weapons. The incident took place just prior to a major religious event.

“What this scandal confirms, in spectacular fashion, is that the ‘war on terrorism’ is a lie. It has been a lie, from the manufactured 9/11 to the present; one huge covert operation spearheaded by the US and the British governments, built upon endless faked intelligence and Downing Paper lies. It further confirms that the lie itself is becoming increasingly difficult to control,” Larry Chin wrote on September 20, 2005

    Maurice Strong Interview (BBC, 1972)

    You Tube
    June 29, 2009

COMMENT: With Al Gore & Co. on the verge of making law of Cap & Trade policies, it is important to recognize the power propaganda that has paved the way for phony environmentalism and depopulation eugenics.

“Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsiblity to bring that about?”
    - Maurice Strong, founder of the UN Environment Programme
Opening speech, Rio Earth Summit. 1992

Today, Maurice Strong sits atop the global environmental movement headed by the United Nations and its interlocking NGO’s and tax-exempt foundations.

Today, Maurice Strong sits atop the global environmental movement headed by the United Nations and its interlocking NGO’s and tax-exempt foundations.

Strong is considered to be the person behind the globalization of the foundation-funded environmental movement, and was the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment held in 1972, in Stockholm, Sweden.

He co-authored the ‘Earth Charter’ with Mikhail Gorbachev in 1992. It was Gorbachev who stated in 1996 that the “threat of environmental crisis will be the ‘international disaster key’ that will unlock the New World Order.”

Strong was recruited by David Rockefeller at the age of 17 and groomed for the role he serves today. Despite not having a college education, he was a millionaire by his early 20’s and wielded enormous power and influence.

Already in 1972, at the time of this interview, there is talk of doomsday scenarios if people don’t give up their rights and drastically alter the way they live. Also mentioned in the interview is zero growth, put forward by the Club of Rome in the late 60’s/early 70’s, which called for the control of population and economic growth, and was the precursor to what we see happening today with the US economy and infrastructure being gutted and sent overseas.

In this interview clip Strong discusses his proposal of licenses in order for women to give birth, which has been of much talk among the elite for the past several decades. In the 70’s, David Rockefeller extended his praise to communist dictator of China, Mao Zedong, in an article published in the New York Times, for his country’s one-child policy, which will be the model for the Western nations to follow in the future — hence China’s “Most Favored Nation” status granted by the UN.

    The Emperor’s Seven Signing Statements

    David Swanson
    American Chronicle
    June 29, 2009

Lawless detention is the least of it. State secrets and warrantless spying scrape the surface. Drone attacks and ongoing torture begin to touch it. But central to the power of an emperor, and the catastrophes that come from the existence of an emperor, is the elimination of any other force within the government. Signing statements eliminate congress. Not that congress objects. Asking congress to reclaim its power produces nervous giggles.

Look at how the latest war supplemental funding bill was passed. The Emperor’s people wrote most of the bill. The Emperor combined it with the IMF banker bailout. The Emperor threatened and bribed his way to deals with enough congress members to pass it. The Emperor preemptively told other nations the bill would pass and then badgered congress with the claim that this nation (He, the nation) would be damaged if he turned out to have lied. The Emperor lied to congress members and the public that this would be the last war supplemental bill. Congress members claimed to back it because it was the last one (not that this made the slightest sense), and others openly, proudly, and obliviously declared that they were switching their votes to yes in order to please the Emperor.

When the bill came to Emperor Barack he signed it and released his sixth and only legal signing statement announcing that he’d signed it. Two days later (Fridays being the favored day for signing statements) Obama released his seventh signing statement, claiming to have signed the same bill on that day as well, but perhaps beginning to establish the precedent that “signing statements,” like “executive orders,” can be issued at any time.

The seventh signing statement did what the first five had done: it illegally and unconstitutionally altered the law in favor of bestowing illegal powers on the Emperor. The seven statements are posted here. Here’s the heart of the seventh statement:

“[P]rovisions of this bill within sections 1110 to 1112 of title XI, and sections 1403 and 1404 of title XIV, would interfere with my constitutional authority to conduct foreign relations by directing the Executive to take certain positions in negotiations or discussions with international organizations and foreign governments, or by requiring consultation with the congress prior to such negotiations or discussions. I will not treat these provisions as limiting my ability to engage in foreign diplomacy or negotiations.”

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
    • efoods

An executive would be someone who executed the laws of congress, suggesting that a different capitalized E word is actually intended, that “Executive” is now a stand-in for “Emperor.” Similarly, “constitutional” in this context refers to dictionary.com’s third definition of “constitution”, namely “the aggregate of a person’s physical and psychological characteristics.” In other words, “constitutional authority” is “imperial authority” derived from the character of the Emperor. We know this because the U.S. Constitution does not create any presidential authority to conduct foreign relations (only to “receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers”) but does require the advice and consent and two-thirds approval of the Senate in order to make treaties, and does give congress the power “to regulate Commerce with foreign nations” as well as complete power over the raising and spending of public funds, not to mention the power “To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”

The sections of this latest law tossed out by Obama were ploys to win the bill’s passage, including requirements that he work to strengthen labor and environmental standards at, and report to congress on the activities of, the IMF and the World Bank. Unlike an emperor, an executive would be required by the U.S. Constitution to “take Care that the Laws by faithfully executed,” stated by candidate Barack Obama thus:

“I will not use signing statements to nullify or undermine congressional instructions as enacted into law.”

Obama’s first signing statement made part of the law his right to use the hundreds of billions of dollars appropriated in that bill in “new” and “far-reaching” ways that he would “initiate,” as well as the understanding that an “oversight board” created by the executive branch — rather than congress — would oversee the activities of the executive branch, or as Obama calls it “the Federal Government.”

Obama’s second signing statement declared his intention to violate dozens of sections of the law he was signing, including sections providing for the spending of funds, sections related to the creation of international treaties, and sections restricting retaliation against whistleblowers.

Obama’s third signing statement, on the “Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009,” announced his intention to violate requirements in the law related to the appointment of a government commission.

Obama’s fourth signing statement, on a bill creating a “Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission” threw out a requirement that the Emperor provide that commission with information.

Obama’s fifth signing statement was applied to a bill that created a commission and included on it six members of congress. The signing statement declared that those six commission members …

“will be able to participate only in ceremonial or advisory functions of [such a] Commission, and not in matters involving the administration of the act.”

Is it time to stop endlessly being “shocked” by these yet? Obama, like Bush, argues in his signing statements that the sections of law he intends to violate are unconstitutional. The problem is not that either one of these presidents is necessarily always wrong or that such questions can ever be decided to everyone’s satisfaction. The problem is that the Constitution requires the president to veto a bill or sign and faithfully execute it. The time to argue against the constitutionality of a provision is before a bill is passed or upon vetoing it. Such an argument can even be made upon signing a bill. It just can’t be accompanied by a declaration of the power to violate the law.

Presidents Reagan, Bush I, and Clinton made innovations in the abuse of signing statements without which Bush Jr. could not have done what he did. Now Obama is further advancing the genre. At some point, of course — as Germans once learned (and learned before nukes or climate crises were on the table) — it can become too late to act.

Cheney fears Iraq withdrawal will ‘waste’ U.S. sacrifices

    Joseph Weber
    Washington Times
    June 29, 2009

Former Vice President Dick Cheney on Monday said he is concerned about U.S. forces withdrawing from Iraqi cities within 24 hours.

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t

Mr. Cheney told The Washington Times’ “America’s Morning News” radio show that he is a strong believer in Gen. Ray Odierno, commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, and that the general is doing what needs to be done.

“But what he says concerns me: That there is still a continuing problem. One might speculate that insurgents are waiting as soon as they get an opportunity to launch more attacks.”

“I hope the Iraqis can deal with it,” Mr. Cheney said. “At some point they have to stand on their own, but I would not want to see the U.S. waste all the tremendous sacrifice that has gotten us to this point.”

According to Newsy.com, the Iraq police force is out of the “dark ages” from 2005-2007. During this era the police force were high corrupt. Today, it is reported, the Iraq police force is gaining trust from the country’s civilians. Hopefully that will keep the violence at a minimum. http://www.newsy.com/videos/u_s_troops_in_iraq_gone_for_good

The cover charge at this club? An RFID implant

COMMENT: More blatant propaganda for total enslavement… does anyone remember that these chips were linked with causing cancer in lab rats? Now binge-drinkers are ready to become the lab rats for a petty convenience at the club?

    Tech Yahoo!
    June 29, 2009

The same RFID implants used to identify lost pets are now being adapted for use on you and me, and not how one might have originally expected. As with all pioneering technologies, it’s leisure pursuits that are getting the first stab at the tech.

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
    • efoods

Specifically: One beach-oriented Barcelona nightclub, the Baja Beach Club, is using the implants to free customers of the burdens of having to carry their purses or wallets. Makes sense: When you’re spending the day in a bikini and flip-flops, where do you keep your ID? Instead, the bouncer just scans your arm with an RFID reader, and you’re in. And since you can’t carry a credit card or cash either, the implants do double duty: You can pay for drinks with a quick scan of the chip. Chipped patrons also gain access to VIP areas of the club.

The implant procedure is simple and mostly painless (except for all the legal paperwork required): The area where the chip is injected is thoroughly numbed, then the glass capsule is injected beneath a layer of skin and fat on the arm.

Mutant swine flu virus weathers medication

    Press TV
    June 29, 2009

Danish scientists have traced a new strain of H1N1 influenza, which has shown resistance to the foremost swine flu medication, Tamiflu.

In a Monday statement issued by Denmark’s State Serum Institute, researchers at the center maintained that they anticipated resistance from the virulent virus due to its high mutability powers.

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
    • efoods

However, the statement goes on to unwind worries about the newly-discovered case, saying that the carrier of the new strain has almost recovered from the illness.

Earlier in June, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) had raised the swine flu pandemic alert level to 6, the highest level for governments, and had asked people across the globe to remain vigilant for symptoms of the infection.

So far 311 people have lost their lives to the disease, which entails harsh respiratory problems, high body temperature, and other severe flu-like indications.

The latest WHO figures put the number of the people with the viral contagion at over 70,000 infections in 113 countries.

The latest H1N1 statistics reveal that the contagion’s death toll has outnumbered fatalities caused by the avian flu in recent years.

Experts warn that the latest pandemic, unprecedented in over four decades, could bring about more losses of lives before a proper way to fight the pathogen is determined.

Thousands of Pakistanis hold anti-US rally

    Regional Times
    June 29, 2009

KARACHI: A mammoth ‘Go America Go rally organized here on Sunday by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi chapter lambasted the USA for interference into Pakistani affairs and asked local rulers to shun toeing the US agenda and keep supreme the interests of Pakistani nation and country.

In a resolution, passed at the end of the Go America Go rally, the participants demanded immediate end to the US interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan. They said the root cause of all the problems facing Pakistan is this unwanted US meddling. The US has even violated the sanctity of territories of Pakistan and killed thousands of innocent men, women and children in drone and missile attacks, but the rulers instead of raising voice against this hegemony are playing role of silent spectator.

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t

The repeated US drone attacks have jeopardized the very sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan. The participants demanded immediate halt US drone attacks besides ending US prying into the countrys affairs. The second resolution was pertaining to ‘Infrastructure Tax imposed by the City District Government Karachi (CDGK). It was said that imposing a new tax in the name of infrastructure is sheer injustice with the Karachiites, adding city government instead of solving the problems of masses is increasing them. They termed new tax a sort of ‘extortion and demanded of the government to immediately withdraw it. Another resolution adopted by the rally, was regarding load shedding. The resolution described that power outages are worsening with each passing day.

UN rights mission hears of Gaza children’s suffering

    AFP
    June 29, 2009

A UN human rights mission listened to testimony about the suffering of children in the Gaza Strip on Monday before wrapping up two days of public hearings into alleged Israeli war crimes.

Around 20 percent of children in Gaza suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome brought on by witnessing violent acts, child psychologist Dr Iyad Sarraj told the panel.

“The amount of killing and blood that they have seen or that their relatives have suffered from… it’s a huge amount, and this leads to negative psychological feelings, to radicalism and a cycle of violence,” he said.

More than half of Gaza’s population of 1.5 million is under 18 years of age.

For nearly nine months, Ed and Elaine Brown holed up in their fortified concrete Plainfield home, surrounded by supporters and supplies, and railed against the federal government.

They threatened law enforcement officials and accumulated weapons and bombs. They spoke frequently with news reporters and nearly daily on a radio show about an apocalyptic confrontation and possible revenge killings.

But the Browns were arrested bloodlessly by an undercover team of U.S. marshals who won their trust and brought them pizza.

Today, jury selection begins in a trial for 11 felonies the Browns are accused of committing during their standoff. If found guilty, they face virtual life sentences for their crimes.

Congress Just Gave Itself Nearly 4 Billion For Expenses

    Goon Squad
    June 29, 2009

    How sweet it is!

How would you like a job with a six figure salary and the ability to vote yourself an additional healthy chunk of taxpayer money to be used for “expenses?”

Need millions and millions each year to run your household?

Then become a member of the Congressional royalty and you too can wallow in the pork of nearly FOUR BILLION dollars to be used for “expenses.”

$3.7 billion divided by 535 members of Congress works out to a sweet $6.9 MILLION for each one of our Congressional “princes” to spend on “expenses.”

That’s one helluva lot of money for computers and printers…. and $400 dollar haircuts and custom made silk suits. Ever see one of your Congressional gas bags with a hair out of place or a rumpled suit while bloviating?

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
    • efoods

Thanks to Congress passing bills that eliminated oversight of Wall Street, many of us are having to do with less, a lot less and some with nothing at all, as they have lost their home.

But in the Never-Never Land of Congress, no such horrors as belt-tightening will ever come to the floor, as this year’s legislative branch spending bill is SEVEN PERCENT HIGHER than last year’s.

Amendments that were offered up to cut this massive pork project were shot down quickly. How dare anyone try and make Congress face reality!

BOTOX addict Speaker of the House Pelosi is getting over FIVE MILLION for her “expenses.”

Over 300 MILLION for employee tuition expenses. Which means you could hire your son or daughter, pay them a six figure salary to “work” and send them to school at the same time, and get the suckers… uh, I mean the taxpayers to pay for both in H.R. 2918.

Read thru this bill and you can see that Pelosi can easily double her expense money by picking up loose change from the committees she’s on and other artful dodges.

No wonder these jokers fight like cats and dogs to stay in office.

Who wouldn’t want a part-time job with a salary in seven figures?

Overall, the House bill totals about $3.7 billion — which is expected to increase to $4.7 billion when Senate items are added.
